5th Annual VitalCare Fall Classic Tournament

VitalCare's sponsors an Annual Fall Classic Golf Tournament each September at one of Northern Michigan's premier golf courses. This year's event is scheduled for Tuesday, September 15, at Hidden River Golf & Casting Club in Brutus, MI. This fundraising event supports the development of a telehealth program for patients in VitalCare’s home health program. Sponsorships are available.

Hospice House Solarium and Reflection Garden |

A newly-built Solarium has recently been added to VitalCare's Hospice House. It provides additional gathering space for patients and families, and will one day offer easy access to a surrounding Community Reflection Garden that will lie just outside the patio doors.
A variety of opportunities are available to honor and memorialize loved ones with this project. |
